This Refund Policy applies to paid advertising services on Odnix, including promotional features such as boosted posts, promotions, and other paid visibility services (similar to advertising platforms like Instagram).

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available only if the purchase was made by genuine mistake.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 1 hour of the transaction.
  • After 1 hour, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

2. Service Completion Rule

  • No refund will be issued if the advertising service has already been delivered or partially executed beyond 20% completion.
  • Once campaign delivery, impressions, or promotion has significantly started, the order becomes non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect campaign setup caused by user input
  • Violation of Odnix advertising or community policies
  • Suspension or rejection due to policy violations
  • Campaign already delivered beyond 20% execution

  • Transaction ID
  • Date and time of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

6. Abuse and Fraud Prevention

Odnix reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, or repeated refund attempts.
