These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Odnix, including its mobile applications, websites, messaging systems, communities, content-sharing features, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account or using Odnix, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use Odnix.
  • You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • Accounts violating eligibility may be suspended or terminated.

2. User Accounts

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain account security
  • Be responsible for activity under your account
  • Report unauthorized access

You may not:

  • Impersonate others
  • Create fraudulent accounts
  • Transfer or sell accounts
  • Evade enforcement actions

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Odnix to:

  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others
  • Post unlawful or fraudulent content
  • Distribute spam, malware, phishing, or malicious code
  • Impersonate or deceive others
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Promote illegal activity
  • Interfere with platform security or operations
  • Exploit vulnerabilities without authorization
  • Manipulate engagement or platform systems

4. User Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of your content.

License

By posting content on Odnix, you grant Odnix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, process, distribute, reproduce, and format your content for operating and improving the Platform.

You confirm you have the rights to post your content.

5. Content Moderation and Enforcement

  • Remove content
  • Restrict visibility
  • Suspend or ban accounts
  • Preserve records
  • Report unlawful activity to authorities

6. Messaging and Safety

Messaging features may be monitored or processed when necessary for abuse prevention, fraud detection, safety enforcement, legal compliance, or security incidents. Privacy is not guaranteed.

7. Platform Security Restrictions

  • No reverse engineering
  • No unauthorized vulnerability testing
  • No bypassing security controls
  • No bots or scraping without permission
  • No malicious uploads or scripts
  • No interference with infrastructure

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content except user content is owned or licensed by Odnix. No rights are granted except as stated in these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of Odnix is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, risk, legal reasons, or security concerns. Users may stop using the Platform at any time.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind including reliability, security, or fitness for purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

Odnix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability, where applicable, is limited to INR 10,000.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Odnix against claims arising from your use of the Platform, content, violations, or infringement of rights.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Odnix means acceptance of updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
